Seamless Tube Specifications

We supply seamless tubes per ASTM A213 / ASME SA-213, ASTM A269, ASTM A519, and ASTM A179 with full mill test certification.

Seamless Tube Sizes

We offer seamless tubes from 1/16" OD to 24" OD with wall thicknesses from 0.010" to 2" in lengths up to 12 metres. Round is standard; square and rectangular forms are available on request.

SS 304 / 304L Seamless Tube

Grade 304 is the standard austenitic choice for general corrosion resistance. The 304L variant uses lower carbon to prevent intergranular corrosion during welding operations.

SS 316 / 316L Seamless Tube

The addition of molybdenum provides these tubes with superior resistance to chlorides and pitting, making them essential for marine environments and aggressive chemical processing.

SS 310 / 310S Seamless Tube

Suitable for high-temperature service up to ~1100°C (continuous), depending on environment. It is the preferred material for furnace components and thermal treatment systems.

SS 321 / 321H Seamless Tube

Titanium stabilisation allows these tubes to operate in the carbide precipitation range of 425°C to 860°C without losing their structural integrity or corrosion resistance.

SS 347 Seamless Tube

Niobium-stabilised 347 boosts creep strength and intergranular corrosion resistance. It delivers the dependability required for demanding high-pressure steam and elevated-temperature chemical applications.

Carbon Steel Seamless Tube (ASTM A106 / A53)
