Hastelloy pipes are nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy pipes designed for severe corrosion service in chemical and industrial settings. They comply with ASTM B622 / ASME SB-622 (seamless) and ASTM B619 / ASME SB-619 (welded). High molybdenum content (up to 16% in C276) delivers strong resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. It has a minimum tensile strength of 100 ksi (690 MPa) and a yield strength of 41 ksi (283 MPa).
